Before Chikitsa, every department used separate systems that never worked together. Lab reports were delayed, pharmacy billing had errors, and I had no clear view of the clinic’s finances until month-end. Since switching to Chikitsa, everything runs through one connected system. Doctors send prescriptions instantly to the pharmacy, lab orders move directly from consultations, and I can check financial reports anytime.
